1. Why does it say contact for price on the product?
Our prices are aways changing and are highly dependant on your needs.
This item may be being discontinued or is no longer availble or we would need to get a quote from our suppliers in order to provide you with a quote.
2. How does payment work?
When you are ready to proceed with your order, kindly make full payment and forward the proof of payment to sales@bluechipbranding.co.za
Bank Account Details are listed on your invoice.
Use your quote number as the reference when making the payment. Once the payment is reflecting in our bank account, your order will be placed and booked into production.
3. How long can my order take?
The lead-time will vary according to the quantity, branding, supplier etc
An average production lead-time would be 2-10 working days for Branded Promotional Gifts and Clothing and 3-6 working days for digital printing. Plus delivery time from factory to your door.
Note these are guidelines, if you need your order sooner we will do our best to push for sooner if possible.
4. How does delivery work?
Production is based between Johannesburg and Cape Town for most of the items.
We will work out the most cost effective delivery options for you and add delivery to your quote.
If you would prefer to send your own driver or courier to collect you can do so with pleasure.
We can discuss the options with you in the quoting process.
5. What format do you need the artwork in?
For Gifts and Clothing, your logo would need to be submitted in Vector Format, or an open file PDF which the fonts converted to Curves. Pantone References will need to be supplied with your logo.
For Banner and Flags etc artwork will need to be supplied in a print ready format, made to size with bleed.
Artwork to be supplied in an open file PDF, Vector or AI file.
If any changes need to be made to your logo or artwork, DTP/Design fees will apply.
6. What are Set Up Fees and When do Set up fees apply?
This is an automatic charge that our suppliers charge that applies per Item, per position, per design, per branded order placed. The fee will also apply for repeat jobs, using the same artwork.
The rate varies and is based on the branding method, supplier, unit quantity, number of positions and number of colours in the logo for screen printing and pad printing.
This is not an artwork/logo creation fee and is a separate fee to the actual branding fee or die charge fee. (A die charge relates to Debossing and Foiling.)
It is more cost effective to group your orders together and place a bulk order to save on these costs whenever possible.
